ANIMAL ATTACK!
(Zebra Stripes) |
While I was flipping through the newest issue of LOOK magazine I couldnt help but notice every fashion page i turned to my eyes were met with animal print garments or accessories; bird feather earrings, leapord print dresses, scarfs and purses, snake skin belts, faux fur bags, zebra print playsuits...the list is truely endless! But dont get it twisted, I'm not complaining, as the phrase, 'animal attack' would suggest. Owning quite a few things animal influenced myself I can confidently say its becoming quite essential in any woman's wardrobe. Why? The prints and textures are simply gorgeous and easily accessible in high street stores or designer labels. Kim Kardashian is the biggest animal print culprit i've come across thus far, she has it all! Whatever your style there's no need to worry because animal print is extremely versatile and forever in fashion!

BELL BOTTOMS ARE BACK!
Wide leg pant jumpsuits have became the alternative to maxi dresses this season. They have the same aesthetic as the later, but the wideness of its leg give it a more daring flare. If your looking for a way to make your legs look miles longer than this is the trend solution for you. You benefit from the length, style and shape of the jumpsuit to make you look and feel fashionable.
So, we've explored the more playful side of this trend, lucky for us there is also a formal and more edgy look you can get from wide leg pants. Designs by Dian Von Furstenberg and Lacoste are gracing runways and red carpets everywhere. These pants can be worn in the office when paired with a well structured blazer or can be worn for a day out with a simple cardy. Fun, Flirty and formal...what more can you ask for from pants?!

THE BRIGHTER, THE BETTER!
How do you turn two colour contrasting items into a fabulous outfit? Wear them together! Colour blocking is a fantastic way of giving an outfit heaps of personality and making you stand out as a brave fashionista! The best way to wear this new trend for the summer is to pair up bright colours; dont be afraid of experimenting, you will be pleasantly surprised to find out how amazing you look wearing orange and purple! Its playful yet sophisticated and you'll have people looking at you and wondering why they never thought of it as well. Looking this good couldn't be any simpler!

STRIPES vs FLORALS

Black or white? Left or right? Up or down? STRIPES OR FLORALS? This summer making decisions just got harder! Whether your looking for the perfect fitting bikini or jumpsuit, or that day time maxi dress, there is no doubt that you will be torn between what pattern to go with. Stripes and florals are the patterns making women even more indecisive than we already are! The good news is that whichever pattern is picked, you are guaranteed to be looking effortless!
Stripes and florals have become a fashion trend that women are embracing this
summer. Not only are they being worn as seperates, but mixing the two prints in the same outfit is proving to be a perfect match...with a twist!
